Who are we?

AutoPlus Systems is a division of Tanner Communications. AutoPlus was founded by Larry Tanner in sunny southwest Florida in 1990. The company has grown and now serves the automotive industry across the US and several foreign countries. Our goals are to serve the automotive resale industry and to provide the very best window sticker products. We are registered and are in good standing with the Florida Division of Consumer Affairs. We are NOT a Business Opportunity! Why?
According to state and Federal regulations, a Business Opportunity is defined by the following statements:

"Business opportunity" means the sale or lease of any products, equipment, supplies, or services which are sold or leased to a purchaser to start a business for which the purchaser is required to pay an initial fee which exceeds $500 to the seller, AND in which the seller represents the following:
1. The seller will provide locations or assist the purchaser in finding locations. AutoPlus does not.
2. The seller will purchase any or all products made, produced, fabricated, grown, bred, or modified by the purchaser.
AutoPlus does not.
3. The seller guarantees that the purchaser will derive income from the business opportunity which exceeds the price paid for the business opportunity or that the seller will refund all or part of the price paid for the opportunity or will repurchase any of the products, equipment, supplies, supplied by the seller if the purchaser is unsatisfied with the business opportunity. AutoPlus does not.
4. The seller will provide a sales program or marketing program that will enable the purchaser to derive income from the business opportunity. AutoPlus does not.

By the above definition AutoPlus is not a business opportunity. We are a software and forms supplier and we provide tech support.
However, most of our customers use our products in their own businesses as a business tool. You need support, you call us, we don't call you. Simple.
