Once a day, each and every day, AutoPlus will distribute the inventory
you have uploaded to us. Data and photographs will be sent to all of the
web services that you have signed up to use.
This is a time-consuming and often confusing task
for the dealership, since the requirements for each service are diffrent
and often change with little warning. It's easy to get behind or have
uploads rejected that do not meet their exacting requirements. Now it's
easy - one button click on our software and you're done.
Dealership Sign-Up
Vehicle web sites require that the dealership
sign up with them before we can upload data and photos. The web service
will provide a unique dealership identifier and, in some cases, user names,
passwords and additional upload paths that we will need before your service
can begin.

Special Requests
We normally process and distribute data and newly
taken photos on a daily basis. There is a $50 fee if you require us to
retrieve and re-distribute a set of photos to a web service. This fee
also applies if you re-upload a set of inventory photos to AutoPlus which
we must then re-process and re-distribute. This fee also applies to any
special request for off-schedule data or photo distribution. Off-schedule
requests cannot always be accommodated.
New Web Destinations will be added when there are at least 3 dealerships
requesting the new site. We currently upload to 25 different vehicle search
sites.
