  AutoPlus Express V6.01 is released.  
  What's new? (a) V5.90 works with AutoPlus Dealer Access software so that the car manager can make all data updates himself. You no longer need to make any updates on your computer! This new, powerful Dealer Access software is the same price as our older web based product. (b) You can now optionally print the EPA mileage figures on all #2-#5 window sticker forms! (c) Add a unique paragraph for EACH vehicle in the inventory directly on the Edit screen. Note that the 7 Internet Text phrases can still be used. (d) A work-around has been implemented for the multi-thread printing problem previously reported by some users. (e) AutoPlus Palm Software V7.51 is also newly released and includes EPA decoding.

  Print EPA mileage values on your window stickers with AutoPlus Express Palm Software.  
 

EPA Mileage

Optionally print the EPA mileage values using our latest AutoPlus Express Software Package. The dealership can decide whether to print the EPA values on the stickers. This is yet another optional AutoPlus feature that gives you even more power and control.
 
  We can produce your custom window sticker form directly from your graphic file.  

Electronically Imaged forms!

You can create artwork using any graphics editing software. Send us your artwork as a 300 dpi or 600 dpi 8.5x11 inch image. While we can accept a variety of file formats but a standard RGB color .jpg file with a low compression factor is the easiest.

We print these new full-color forms using a commercial electronic imager using resin-based inks (similar to a color laser printer). These new forms are great for use with ink jet printers (like the excellent Epson C88), solid ink color printers (Xerox), dot-matrix printers and other low temperature printers. Conventional laser printers can potentially produce problems since their high-temperature fusers may lift the resin inks. You should determine the suitability of your laser printer if you wish to use such a printer with these new premium forms. Our offset printed forms are still available for laser printers.
 
  
  Add personalized descriptions to each vehicle  
  In addition to an extensive list of options you can now assign custom personalized text to each vehicle in your database. This text will be shown on the Detail page if we are hosting the Internet Inventory or it can be distributed to third party sites like Autotrader. We have a special application that will allow you to quickly cut and paste text from a car managers email or Word file and attach it to each vehicle data record. You can update, modify or delete the text at any time. The cost of this premium feature is only $10 per month regardless of the number of vehicles in a dealership's database.  
  Now Scan Barcodes directly to the Palm with no wires - it even scans through glass!

Now AutoPlus Express quickly scans all vehicles to help dealerships reconcile their monthly inventory. Just walk the car lot and scan the barcodes on all of the vehicles. Barcodes are on the VIN plate, on door decals, and now on all AutoPlus window stickers. Our new barcode scanner reads the barcodes right through the windows. Our newest software prints a variety of reports that compare found vehicles with DMS records from from Reynolds & Reynolds and ADP and other systems. AutoPlus saves a lot of time and hassle. AutoPlus Express V5.5 software for your PC offers more features than ever before! AutoPlus now gives you complete control of the style and look of your window sticker. You can add full color graphics, watermarks and text anywhere on the window sticker and save the layout in the dealership's profile! You can use any graphics program or photo editing software to create or modify your graphics and then simply save them as part of the sticker design. This is part of our customize on-the-fly technology. Combine the data and photo management features of AutoPlus Express V5.5 PC software, the power of in-the-Palm VIN decoding, with wireless barcode scanning and you have an unbeatable combination. Don't worry, it may sound complicated but AutoPlus makes it easy. There is a Help link on every screen with detailed instructions and you call us if you ever need support. We make it easy!

V5.6 now includes full VIN decoding both on the Palm and on your PC. AutoPlus Deluxe PC Software includes full VIN decoding on the PC for those that need VIN decoding but choose not to use a Palm or scanner.

You now can display up to 12 photos for every vehicle on the Internet! That's right, you can use your digital camera to take multiple exterior and interior photos of each vehicle and upload them along with vehicle data using the AutoPlus web inventory service. This new feature is available for both for individual dealership inventories and for your own local Auto Mall! This great new service will add value to your service and add profit to your wallet.
